1. Introduction

Welcome to Stribe Back to School, a dental education platform provided by STRIBE HOLDINGS INC("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including any content, features, and services offered through our website and our iOS and Android applications.

2. Use of Service

Our platform is intended for licensed dental professionals and dental students seeking continuing education. By using our service, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed.

4. Content

All educational content, videos, materials, and resources available on the platform are owned by or licensed to Stribe. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Where the platform offers a feature that lets you post content — the community discussion board is currently switched off — anything you post remains yours, and you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the platform.

That licence survives the closure of your account, for your posts only. Discussions are conversations: removing your contributions would destroy the replies other members wrote underneath them. So when you delete your account, your posts stay on the platform but are permanently disconnected from you and shown as written by "Deleted member" — they no longer carry your name, email address, or photo. Everything else about your account is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app or on the website; see our support page for the steps and our Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what is retained.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer

The educational content provided on this platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional clinical judgment. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. SMS Verification Terms

By entering your phone number and clicking "Send Verification Code" on the Stribe Back to School login page, you agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code for the sole purpose of authenticating your identity and logging into the Back to School educational platform.

• This is a one-time authentication message only. No marketing, promotional, or recurring text messages will be sent.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future verification texts.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact contact@stribe.dental.
• Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers.
• Stribe will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Mobile applications

The Stribe Back to School apps for iOS and Android provide access to the same platform as the website. Your use of them is also subject to the rules of the store you downloaded them from.

• No digital content, subscription, or membership is sold inside the apps. Access to alumni content is granted when a certificate of attendance is issued for a course you attended.
• Registration for in-person courses is handled by the course organiser on the organiser's own website. Those links open outside the app, in your browser, and the organiser's terms and privacy policy apply to what you do there.
• These Terms are between you and STRIBE HOLDINGS INC only. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the platform or its content, though they may enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries where their store rules require it.
